Hey Curlfriends!
This weekend was great because I had the opportunity to network, learn, and shop with some of Atlanta’s aspiring entrepreneurs at the Natural Hair Boss Lunch & Learn at the Atlanta Evergreen Conference Center in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The event was organized by Renee Lowe, the event planner for another Atlanta meetup group, called Blackberry Naturals.
Not only did we discuss Tips & Tricks for becoming an entrepreneur, managing social media for business, and maximizing networking opportunities, but also we got swag bags from great brands like Beautiful Textures and a chance to shop with various vendors in the hair & skin industry.
These lovely ladies were able to learn so much from coming out to gain the content provided by Ms. Lowe, who is extremely savvy with social media and branding strategies. There was education on natural hair, a light Zumba workout, and reflexology and massage techniques demonstrated on attendees right there on the spot. Yes this event was EVERYTHANG!
