The Good Hair Day Series-Atlanta, was held at the Atlanta Marriott and the event was broken into 2 parts for an entire day of fellowship and education around natural hair.
The Breakfast Club Experience
Teen Edition of Good Hair Day Series
featured a continental breakfast and the teens of Good Hair Day Series, Urbanbella stylist team, Travis Dowdy stylist team, and a teen with heat damage to her hair got her Big Chop!!
We were able to ask questions all about natural and healthy hair maintenance! Urbanbella and Travis were so helpful in just promoting basic healthy hair care, and empowering us naturals to really know what we want to do with our hair (wear it curly, straight, protective styles) and managing a healthy head of growing hair.
The afternoon session was just as informative and there were so many giveaways that I just couldn't keep count! We had some great dialogue and giveaways from with Daphne Ragland of Natty Coco and Will Williams from Nothing But Hair Care.
The attendance was not what I expected from the members of the
Natural Hair Product Junkies Meet Up group, but it was a great event nonetheless, and that just meant there were many more product giveaways for us naturals in the house to enjoy!!
The Natural Hair Pop Up was another part of the event that had me glowing!
I got some pampering by the Glam Squad, on the spot advise on stretching your hair length by Vanie0295 and I even had my eyebrows threaded for the first time!
